[[Jessica Jones]] also resides here, fulfilling her wants doesn't unlock anything, but it does count towards your progress for 'Sims Helped' if you're striving to 100% the game.

Once he has 9 Creativity points paint a new picture and sell it. Alternatively, drink a Skill boost meal to gain +3 to Noel's 6 Creativity points then immediately go paint a picture.
