Garrett Nanale is one of the pre-made headmasters in The Sims 2 who resides in Strangetown, the other two headmasters being Matthew Gibson and Andrew Gonzaga. He can be made playable by befriending and asking him to move in, or by marrying him.
He has the same facial structure as Quinten McAuley. Garrett has the appearance of being an elder, even though he's an adult. He is also 13 days from being an elder at the start of the game.[1]
Garrett's personality is randomized when Strangetown is loaded. The following personality is only referenced in the game files. This happens with all headmasters. According to his SimDNA in SimPE, his hair was brown before it turned grey.
