Gina Gibson is a pre-made adult Sim and a castaway on Felicity Island, one of the neighborhoods shipped with The Sims Castaway Stories. She is one of the survivors of the Queen Solomon and gets standed at the Barren Banks. Gina is initially found there by the protagonist in the Shipwrecked and Single story, along with most of the other survivors; Hugh Bailey, Sandra Barnham, Robby Smith, and Emma Langsford. In her dialogue with the protagonist, she mentions wanting to get back home to her family - perhaps implying that she is married and/or has children, although this is not expanded upon.

After the story is finished, Gina and the other castaways will appear in the family bin, because they got dropped back on the island for getting on the pilot's nerves and nearly crashing the helicopter. Her family bio implies that Gina wanted to learn how to fly the helicopter and grabbed the control stick without permission from the pilots.
