Goopy GilsCarbo is a townie. He has no relationships, but every player of The Sims 2 can get someone to meet him. He is not in The Sims 3, but they did name a food after of him. He wears a very strange outfit, consisting of a cowboy shirt and plaid shorts. He has been known to produce very ugly children.
