Gypsy Clerk Rossar is an NPC in The Sims Makin' Magic. She sells various items such as ingredients for baking, berries and even some posters. Not much is known about her as she had only appeared as an NPC in The Sims Makin' Magic. Unlike most people selling stuff in Magic Town, she sells stuff in Simoleons and not Magi Coins. She works alongside Gypsy Clerk Yuri.
