Hilary Duff is a downloadable extra for your sims game. She is on the PC version( You can download her from the sims exchange). Also she has appeared on the WII Game and Ds Game. She said(QUOTE) 'I've logged hundreds of hours playing The Sims games, so I jumped at the chance to be in The Sims 2 Pets'.
