INS Agent is part of the Maxis-made Agent Family, which was formerly available from the official website for The Sims. Her name indicates that she works for the Immigration and Naturalization Service, a now defunct United States agency which was absorbed by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security in 2003. (Please note that the agency in question was not defunct when the character was created.) She has identical personality points to her roommate NSA Agent, and wears the same outfit as her roommate FBI Agent.
