He provides genetic material to all spawned PlantSimtoddlers. The game uses his genetics and that of the Sim who spawns the toddler, as in a normal birth. However, he does not appear in the family trees of PlantSims. For example, he is technically Daisy Greenman's father, but he isn't on her family tree, which simply shows Rose as her mother.
His name in-game is in all lower case characters. Despite having the last name PlantSim, ideal does not have green skin or PlantSim hair. Due to that, it is presumed that his only function is to transfer genetics to the compilation of genes for newly spawned PlantSims. His hair is the same hair that Sims get after being electrocuted.
When a PlantSim gives birth, he will show up for a split-second in the toddler's family tree. ideal is voiced by Stephen Kearin. His clothing and hairstyle are available when Create-A-Sim is in debug mode.
Warning
Do NOT attempt to add ideal plantsim to a household, make him selectable, turn him into a supernatural creature, or modify him in any way or form. Because his character file is located in the core game files, doing so will cause game corruption, fixed only by uninstalling and reinstalling the game.
