He works at the office building for a living and tries to raise his sons alone, but things aren't working out well, as his eldestoldest son, VJ, blames Iqbal for his mother leaving and has grown into having a rebellious and [[Evil]] personality, causing mischief around the neighborhood and tormenting Iqbal on a regular basis. His youngest son Miraj, however is trying to repair the relationship between VJ and his father because of his [[Good]] and [[Family-Oriented]] personality.

His name is Arabic for "prosperity" or "good fortune," which is ironic as he has the poorest family in the town at the beginning of the game, having only 600 simoleons in their household funds.
