Jasper Remington is a deceased Sim, who's ghost appears in The Sims 3.
During his lifetime, Jasper lived in Riverview, with his wife and two children. He originally lived in a rather small home. But he believed that if he kept adding to it, it will last forever. He died of death and his urn can be found in his old home, on the second floor next to the TV which suggests that he died trying to fix the TV.
