Julien Cooke is a pre-made playable Sim in The Sims 2: FreeTime, he appears in the family bin. He created a secret, award-winning recipe, but it was stolen by his rival, Zebest Quizine, who rose to fame because of it.
Julien has an unusually small number of interests for a pre-made playable Sim. He is moderately interested in travel and health, and being only slightly interested in culture. Julien isn't very interested in entertainment and animals, and he has absolutely no interest in anything else. And despite his preset backstory, Julien has no interest in food.
Often going unnoticed, Julien's ears are pointier than the ears of most regular Sims. Most of his facial features (including the ears) seem to be a composite edit of two face templates 'archheart', the first face template, and 'archeelf', the twenty-sixth face template (a.k.a 'the elf ears template').
