Kate Pistachio is one of the maids available for hire in Sunset Valley. She seems to take the role of Kaylynn Langerak, as the flirty, attractive maid.
She also can be seen walking through Sunset Valley, in her maid outfit, sometimes flirting with passersby. She seems to know the young Kaylynn; it's possible that Kate will influence Kaylynn to become a maid.
Because she does not live on one of the lots in town, in order to play her one must have their Sim ask her to move in or marry her.
She is the most commonly appearing maid, with Grady Elfman as the second.
