Lolly Racket is the youngest member of the Racket family. She and her brother, Shark, appear to be expected to carry on the family traditions, which includes crime and evil deeds. In her biography, it's implied that she doesn't know what her family does for a living.

Her grandfather is the now-retired top-crime man of the town, Max Racket, and her grandmother is the strict and overpowering Marigold. She is the daughter of Dennis and Silver and the sister of Shark, who appears to be starting to take after his parents and grandparents.

Her two uncles are Bill, another bad egg, and Dudley, who, although fairly good-hearted, also appears to have a little bit of an evil streak.

Lolly is never-nude, a trait she may have acquired after becoming nervous and wary of other people, due to her family's actions, and she is a schmoozer too, possibly a trait she has picked up from her family, as they are all sweet-talking and perceptive. She is also a natural cook and a hopeless romantic, which may possibly lead to her becoming a good mother, housewife or all-rounder — someday.

She lives with all of her family, except her Uncle Dudley, at 53 Puddlewick Road in Twinbrook, as she is a pre-made Sim.
