Ma Bagley is the Family Bagley's matriarch. Her husband doesn't appear, maybe he died. She is mother of a girl and a boy, but their names do not yet known, we can see on the video and images, they seem to be young adult or adult.
We learn that this family is specialized in the theft of pieces of all kinds and Ma Bagley seems to organize all the operations.
