'''Mata''' is a pre-made [[female]] [[jaguar]] from [[Felicity Island]], one of the island [[neighborhood]]s shipped with ''[[The Sims Castaway Stories]]''. This Mata was possibly intended to be the jaguar featuring in the [[Shipwrecked and Single]] story. Another [[Mata]], who is accually male despite the story indicating she is female, was used instead. Probably because the idea of adding jaguars to the game as the equivalent of [[stray]] [[cats]] forhad unknownbeen reasonsdropped. This female Mata does not appear in-game through normal gameplay. She is hidden in the character files and can be found with [[SimPE]]. Mata is a genius, independent and finicky jaguar. She has no [[interest]]s.
