Her voice in-game sounds like an adult male voice, and if she wishes to procreate, she must Try for Baby with an adult female, making her by reproduction standards effectively transgender. Possibly due to her appearance as a teen girl, a glitch occurs when there is an attempt to have her abducted by aliens that immediately cancels the action.
It is possible the resurrection method that makes her appearance the least glitchy is by evil witch's spell, then using [https://modthesims.info/d/209590/dezombification-potion.html this mod] to cure her zombification.
