Onomatology

Mesa Flats is the neighborhood where Stephen's Story from The Sims Pet Stories, Midnight Masquerade takes place.

Families

After you complete Stephen's story, there are numerous families to play as that you have seen or more likely, met, during the storyline. You can play as Stephen with the cat, Loyal. Any one of Stephen's two brides that you choose at the end of the story: Erin Davis (with a dog), or Rachel Ware, as well as Stephen's best friend and local cop, James Briggs, with his wife who is not seen or mentioned during the storyline. There is also many more sims that you have met throughout the storyline.

Erros

When you have completed the storyline, it is revealed that Gordon's last name is not really Fetching. However, when you finish, he is playable but still has Fetching as his last name (This may be due to the fact that Sims' last names will not change unless if the Sim was married). His sidekick Anthony is also available to play. Another error is that when Stephen's cousin, Celeste, goes on her honeymoon with her fiance, Damien, is that, at the end of the storyline, Damien and Celeste are non-playable and are not mentioned or seen again after the story. It is also unknown why Stephen still keeps Diva as his cat, when it is actually Damien or Celeste's, but then again with Damien and Celeste non-playable, it seems that Stephen should be the guardian of Diva.

Trivia

  • In The Sims 3 (DS), there is an apartment called "Mesa Flats".
