Inflict your talents, or lack thereof, on anyone close enough to listen with this fine stage by Just For Laughs! Don't be shy, the public certanly isn't and will let you know just how good you are. If you succeed on this stage in front of a live audience, then your future in Entertainment is bright indeed.
Talent Potentiometer Open Mic Stage is a Fame object in The Sims: Superstar, and is one of the only Fame objects that can be used by a Sim with no starpower, the other being The Genius Loci Karaoke Stage. Sims can entertain others with this object, but how well they perform will depend on their charisma and creativity skill.
For anyone who has imagined themselves in front of a screaming crowd, the Small Superstar Microphone helps provide a little piece of that dream. With a small speaker at its base, this mic is perfect for any impromptu performance be it singing, comedy, or poetry. After all, being a small superstar is the first step to being an actual superstar.
The Small Superstar Microphone is an object added in The Sims 2: Apartment Life. It can be found in the Hobbies section of Buy mode, in the creativity sub-category. Sims can sing, recite poetry, or perform stand-up comedy. Children can also use the microphone.
How well the Sim performs depends on how high his or her charisma skill is. Other Sims can watch and may boo or cheer. Using the microphone builds the charisma skill. If FreeTime is installed, reciting poetry also builds enthusiasm for the Film and Literature hobby, while singing also builds enthusiasm for the Music and Dance hobby.

The Royal We Microphone
Conquer the comedy circuit behind the Queen's special microphone. Let's play the crowd and get some laughs
In The Sims 4, Sims can use the microphone to perform comedy and to improve the comedy skill. After performing on the microphone, a Sim will get a moodlet based on how well the Sim thought they did. The reaction of Sims watching the comedy routine is based on the Sim's comedy skill. The microphone can also be found at the Rattlesnake Juice bar.
