Milton Tong is a pre-made townie who is often seen wandering around Sunset Valley from The Sims 3. He will often join the athletic career, starting off as a rabid fan. He can be made playable by marrying him or asking him to move in.
Milton shares his last name with Annie Tong, a Hidden Springs babystitter. However, it's up to the player whether or not they're related.
Milton's eye color is a very dark hue of green[1], but due to the way the eyes are textured, they appear completely black in-game.
