Miss Lucille is an NPC in The Sims: Unleashed, who appears in Old Town community lots with candle displays. She will read your Sim's palm for 20 Simoleons, which will occasionally maximize the motives of the Sim being read - or even of all family members. She can also "read" pets. For 200 Simoleons, she will bring a zombie Sim back to life, however this will not restore their lost personality.
