The Monty Ranch is the home to Isabella Monty, Patrizio Monty, and their grandchildren, Mercutio, and Romeo. Olivia and Claudio's urns are there due to their death possibly there. And it is a very big lot, across the river from Capp Manor which is also very big.

The House is surrounded by an 'interior' courtyard, leading to most of the living area. On the far west, the Master bedroom and bathroom is its own building, connected by a long hallway. On the other side are Romeo and Mercutio's bedrooms and bathroom.
