The Monty family is a controlling group. Their name is a reference to the Montague family in Romeo and Juliet, as is much of Veronaville. They are involved in a feud with the Capp family. Romeo Monty is currently in a secret relationship with the Capp heiress, Juliette. Also, you can trace the youngest generation's great-great-grandparents, while in most families, you can only trace the youngest generation's grandparents. The Monty family lives in Monty Ranch. It appears that the Monty family has one of the longest pre-made lineages in the game, besides the Capp family. Most of the Montys are overweight, probably as a result of owning a restaurant.
