Mua Pel'am is a neighborhood in Sulani. It is a mostly uninhabited island, featuring a waterfall, a cave and an active volcano. The volcano may erupt, causing lava rocks to rain from the sky.

Sims can't be crushed by these lava rocks, but they may catch fire touching them and WooHoo.

The neighborhood consists of three unoccupied residential lots, one of which is empty. The empty lot is partially submerged in the sea.
