Narcissa Vatos is a townie who lives in Sunset Valley. She is usually seen wandering around town and talking to citizens in Sunset Valley. She can be made playable by marrying her or asking her to move in. She has the exact same outfit and hairstyle as Twyla Summers. She has brown hair with red roots which implies that her natural hair color may be red but she has dyed it.
If story progression is left alone she will often move in to vacant lot with a fellow townie Dorothy DeMayo and she will sometimes have a same-sex relationship with her.
She is one of few pre-made Sims to have no favorites.
