Olde Salty is a character in the handheld versions of The Sims Bustin' Out and The Urbz: Sims in the City. He is a confused and crazy ex-captain. The cause of it is sunshine, open ocean, and saltwater. He lives on a riverboat. According to Mambo Loa, his brother, Pepper Pete, was the owner of their family's riverboat in Miniopolis, but after his Alien abduction, Olde Salty had to move to Miniopolis from SimValley to take ownership over the riverboat. His name is clearly a pun on "Old Salty" which hints to the fact that he is old and cold.
