Otis Fielding is a pre-made playable Sim who lives in Garden Heights with his dog Jake, which is a former show champion. He is a very spiritual man and he helps Alice Whitt throughout the story. Otis is one of the few pre-made male Sims that wears lipstick.

When you have completed the story he and his dog will be in the family bin, but without money. So in order to move him out you have to place him in an occupied residential lot and simply move him out again so he will get some money. Then move him in the house you want him to live.

Even though none of Otis' facial features use any of the broken Maxis face templates in Create a Sim, when he grows into an elder, it becomes clear that his facial features are nonetheless broken.
