Paintings are wall decorations that can either be purchased in buy mode or build mode,[TS4] or created with an easel. From The Sims 2 onward, paintings created on the latter can be hung up on the wall and displayed; in all games, they can be sold for Simoleons. In The Sims 4, some paintings may inflict an emotional aura.

Haunted Painting

The Sims 3: Supernatural introduces Haunted Paintings. These pictures has two versions: one at day and one at night. The day version is a more peaceful one and the night version is creepier. In The Sims 4: Spooky Stuff, Haunted Paintings are back. Place them on the walls and watch they change overtime.
