Pet Trait is a feature for The Sims 3: Pets. The feature works like Sim traits, by defining a pet's personality and suiting it to the pet's reactions. Pet traits are available for all pets, horses, cats and dogs, each one having its own specific traits. A pet's traits will change as it recives training from its owner. All pets start out with three traits, and a well trained pet can recive an unlimited number of traits.
