Pita Florica is a selling vendor in The Sims 2 (PSP). You can find her across the street from the Kine Dairy running a business with her cousin Gimi Branko . She will ask you to help her figure out if Ophelia Nigmos (known as Ophelia Specter) really owns the Meeting House. After finding out that the Meeting House is righfully Ophelia's through her mothers will, she then asks you to do her a favor. She will ask you to dig up a grave in the graveyard behind the Meeting House and find a family heirloom which is a antique viola. She will award you a discount on teh items in her store.
