A prince is a type of Sim in The Sims: Makin' Magic that is very rarely created when Sims kiss toads created by the "Toadification" spell or "Horn of Plenty" charm.
Magical Sims can turn other Sims into a toad with the Toadification spell. A plague of toads will appear if the Horn of Plenty charm backfires (which occurs when the caster attempts to invoke it when they are not hungry). Toads can be kissed and occasionally drop Toad Sweat, but there is a very rare chance for them to turn into a prince. Regal fanfare will play and a prompt will appear asking the prince to be named. He will immediately join the family.
Prince Sims generate with generally very good personalities, usually having max points in a few categories with the rest also having a lot of points. There's a chance they will also be a 5 star Celebrity in the fame career track if The Sims: Superstar is also installed. Prince Sims also have access to a unique clothing category: Princely, consisting solely of purple and gold finery.
