Romance

The Romance aspiration is one of the five aspirations for a Sim that comes with the base game. It is possible to choose the Romance aspiration for a Sim in Create-A-Sim mode. Romance Sims want to have as many lovers as possible, and they always want more! Romance Sims enjoy meeting new lovers, making out with as many Sims as possible, and woohooing. The common job for a Romance Sim is in the Slacker career. Other Jobs thst Romance sims usally have are in the culinary carrer and the atheletic carrer.

Romance Sims are the only aspiration that fears getting engaged or getting married, and will have a bad memory from each (whereas a Sim of any other aspiration will get a good memory for those events). In addition, when a Romance Sim falls in love with another Sim, they immediately gain a want to have multiple loves at once. For these reasons it's generally considered a poor strategy to have a Romance Sim marry, since in order to keep their aspiration score high they will effectively be REQUIRED to cheat on their spouse.

It is never recommened to marry a Romance sim with a Family sim, as their needs will clash. The Family sim will want to have children and raise them carefully, and Romance sims will wish to woohoo and go one dates all the time.
