Romeo Monty is a pre-made teen Sim living in the Veronaville neighborhood. He is the grandson of Patrizio and Isabella Monty, the son of the deceased Claudio and Olivia Monty, and is the younger sibling of Mercutio Monty. He is in love with Juliette Capp, but fears going steady with her because he has the romance aspiration. He and his brother are enemies with Tybalt Capp for that reason. He also works part-time as a Dishwasher in the Culinary career track.

When you first play his family, Romeo wants to invite Juliette over to make out with her. Doing so, Mercutio will insult Juliette and be attacked by Tybalt (who also had come over) and lose. Romeo then lectures Tybalt.

Romeo has the memory "Had 2 Best Friends", althought in his memory doesn't show who is, if the player looks his friends it can be seen that his his lifetime relationship with Mercutio is above 50, but his daily relationship is around 30.

He also has a hat that is unique in the fact that it is a hidden hat not available in Create-A-Sim mode. This was probably a mistake made by the developers. You can get his hat with the Shift+N debug when you use Boolprop testingcheatsenabled. Romeo and Juliette might not pair well, due to their aspirations. Juliette is a family Sim and Romeo a romance Sim. These Sims' often want to clash, so the player might want to change Romeo's aspiration if they want Romeo and Juliette to have a happy marriage. If you send him to school the next day he will get an A+, which could mean he is intelligent, despite his "Heartbreaker" personality.

Romeo is a titular character in the famous Romeo and Juliet. He falls in love with his enemies' daughter, but is later banished when he kills Tybalt in a street brawl. His plans to meet Juliet are mixed up, and the play ends with their deaths.
