Russ Bear is one of the pre-made burglars in Pleasantview and custom neighborhoods, the other two being Jessica Ebadi and Gordon King. He can be made playable by marrying him or befriending and asking him to move in. Russ is characterized by dressing in complete burglar apparel. In addition to robbing residential lots, he may occasionally pass through community lots - like any other Sim.

Russ seems to be extremely interested in food, politics and travel. When Pleasantview is loaded, his personality points, skills and interests are always the ones seen below. However when he appears in every custom neighborhoods, his personality, skills and interests will be randomized.

He has the same facial structure as Amin Couderc.
