Sam Sekemoto is a toddler living in Sunset Valley with his father and grandmother. Even though he is only a toddler, Sam has shown artistic talent and potential. He hasn't learned his toddler skills yet.

He has no mother, and he resembles his father's look, which makes him unlikely to have been adopted by his father.
