Sancho Paco Panza is a guest in The Sims 2 NDS. It is revealed that he is dangerously allergic to horses. His name is a reference to Sancho Panza, the fictional squire of Don Quixote.

In The Sims 2 (GBA), he lives with Bigfoot at Strangetown zoo.

Sancho Paco Panza is forced by Ava Cadavara to worship the Prime Heifer. Apart from this he has no major role in The Sims 2 DS.
