Sandra Barnham is a pre-made adult Sim and a castaway on Felicity Island, one of the neighborhoods shipped with The Sims Castaway Stories. She is one of the survivors of the Queen Solomon and gets standed at the Barren Banks. Sandra is initially found there by the protagonist in the Shipwrecked and Single story, along with most of the other survivors; Hugh Bailey, Gina Gibson, Robby Smith, and Emma Langsford. In her dialogue with the protagonist, she mentions that she's married and that her hobby is gardening - leading her to hope that her husband has been tending her garden while she's away, as she "doesn't want to leave one jungle just to return to another".

After the story is finished, Sandra and the other castaways will appear in the family bin, because they got dropped back on the island for getting on the pilot's nerves and nearly crashing the helicopter.
