Landgraab Industries Science Facility

A science laboritory is a rabbit hole building in The Sims 3. Landgraab Industries Science Facility is the science lab of Sunset Valley, and Soil and Water Research Facility is the science lab in Riverview.

This is where sims can get a job in the Science Career, attend Logic or Gardening Classes, donate insects, or tour the science lab.

As an opportunity, Sims can give the lab their loved one's grave for testing to restore them as a ghost. Maybe a Scientist is doing overtime at the local Graveyard...

This is also one of the properties you can partner with and own in The Sims 3. It's the most expensive but also the most rewarding.

Robot fish can only be caught in a pond in the back of the facility.

Donating insects is slightly more rewarding than selling them via the inventory, so it is worth the trip.

Its symbol is a Cog, but the science career symbol is a Atom.

Landgraab Industries Science Facility in property of the Landgraab Family, hence its name.
