Scot Philippine is one of the pre-made child townies in The Sims 2 who resides in Veronaville. He can be made playable by aging him up with another child if FreeTime is installed, and sending him to college[TS2:U].
Like all townies in The Sims 2, Scot's relationships with other townies are usually randomized at the start of the game. He has the same facial structure as Chandler Platz from Pleasantview. Scot has black hair and grey eyes. He wears an orange shirt and tan jeans.
Scot shares his surname with fellow townie Nancy Philippine, although there is no evidence to suggest the two are related.
