Scribonia Capp is the deceased wife of the late Octavius Caesar, and mother of Contessa Capp. She has no memories or personality points, like many deceased Sims.
Scribonia died as an adult [As opposed to Elder], unlike many 'ancestral' Sims, and is buried at Capp Manor.
