Service awards

Not to be confused with Career rewards.

Service awards are special decorations in The Sims 3: Ambitions expansion. They are granted to Sims for achievements within their current profession. Service awards can either be placed directly into the Sim's inventory or picked up at the City Hall.

Awards can also be bought from the BuyDebug menu.

Award Ribbon

This festive ribbon is a symbol of a job well done!

The Award Ribbon is granted to Sims who:

• Firefighter - Complete the Criminal Warehouse disaster scenario

• Ghost Hunter - Capture 150 spirits

• Painter - Sell §25,000 worth of your own paintings

• Private Investigator - Solve the Fish Kid case

• Stylist - Perform 50 makeovers

Epic Hero Medal

This medal is awarded to Sims who are admired for their brave deeds and noble qualities, and who have distinguished themselves through courage or abilities. Sleep well at night Hero. The world is a better place because of you!

The Epic Hero Medal is granted to Sims who:

• Architectural Designer - Perform 50 renovations
• Firefighter - Complete the Hospital disaster scenario
• Ghost Hunter - Complete 7 jobs
• Inventor - Make 50 widgets
• Private Investigator - Solve the Rogue Cop case
• Sculptor - Sell §25,000 worth of your own sculptures
• Stylist - Perform 100 makeovers

Hero Medal

This medal is awarded to Sims who have gone above and byond the call of duty in service to their fellow Sims.

The Hero Medal is granted to Sims who:

• Doctor - Run 40 free clinics or house calls

• Firefighter - Rescue 10 sims

• Fisher - Sell §25,000 worth of your own fish

• Ghost Hunter - Capture 75 spirits

• Inventor - Invent a time machine

• Private Investigator - Solve the Jewel Heist case

Honor Trophy

This trophy is a symbol of your staggering achievements. Sims are happier, and your neighborhood is a better place because of you.

The Honor Trophy is granted to Sims who:

• Architectural Designer - Perform 5 renovations

• Firefighter - Rescue 2 sims

• Ghost Hunter - Capture 15 spirits

• Inventor - Make 10 widgets

• Nectar Maker - Sell §25,000 worth of your own nectar

• Stylist - Perform 10 makeovers

• Writer - Sell §25,000 worth of your own books
• Private Investigator - Solve 3 cases

Hero Trophy

• Firefighter - Become a Fire Chief (career level 10)

• Ghost Hunter - Become a Paranormal Expert (career level 10)

• Inventor - Become a Fourth Dimensional Architect (career level 10)

• Photographer - Sell §25,000 worth of your own photographs

• Private Investigator - Become a Private Eye (career level 10)

• Stylist - Become a Fashion Phenomenon (career level 10)

Valor Trophy

Valor Trophy Game Ambitions Buyable Award Price §0 Type Decorative Size 1x1

Your actions were above and beyond what was expected of you, and you have been gifted with this trophy as a sign of your wonderous accomplishments.

The Valor Trophy is awarded to Sims who:

• Architectural Designer - Perform 25 renovations

• Doctor - Complete 10 rabbit hole jobs (e.g. Medical Outreach, Expert Opinion)

• Firefighter - Fight a gnome invasion

Firefighter-Specific

• Firefighter's Axe - Promotion to level 4 Firefighter (also found while using Time Machine
• Fireman's Coat - Promotion to level 6 Firefighter
• Golden Fire Hydrant - Filling up the experience bar (now gold) post-level 10 Firefighter
