She appears in every [[neighborhood]], being occasional the neighbor of [[Sim]]s who live in a high [[apartment]]. She can be made playable by befriending and asking her to move in, or by [[marry]]ing her. Like all pre-made townies, Shelby's [[relationships]] with other townies are usually randomized at the start of the game.

 

She is employed in the [[Culinary#The Sims 2|Culinary]] [[career]] as a Fast Food Shift Manager at the start of the game. However her career will randomly change to match her social class, when she moves in as a neighbor or is searched as a possible roommate.
