The Shiny Things Lab is a place in The Sims Bustin' Out that the Sim goes to when they succeed at Dudley Landgraab's trailer. This is also the birthplace of Servo, as stated by its description in The Sims: Livin' Large. It can be assumed that the lab in Bustin' Out is part of Shiny Things Inc., who are responsible for many objects throughout the Sims series, even if it is not mentioned. The company and laboratory (and Malcolm Landgraab himself) is first mentioned in The Sims, and again in SimCity 3000, where Shiny Things Inc. is a high tech industrial building.
