The Simoleon Savers household consists of roommates Penny Pincher and Clark Peddler, who lives at 64 Westlake Drive in Twinbrook. Clark Peddler is the ex-husband of Kat Hunter and hates spending money, because he has the Frugal trait. Penny Pincher is his best friend. If story progression is left alone, they will usually begin a romantic relationship. Both Penny and clark have entery level part time jobs. Clark's is at the grocery store while Penny's is at the book store
