Patrizio's facial structure in his default headshot is quite different from his facial structure in-game. For one thing, his facial structure in-game features a smaller and shorter chin, the lips are thicker, the mouth corners are curved downwards more, the nose is slightly lower, the eyes are different, and the eyebrows are rotated differently, with the corners curving downwards more.
