The '''Entertainment''' career track is one of the ten basic [[career tracks]] in ''[[The Sims]]'', ''[[The Sims 2: FreeTime]]'' and ''[[The Sims 4]]''.. In ''The Sims 2: FreeTime'', the [[Career rewards|career reward]] is a [[Career rewards#"Starstruck" Personal Fame Stars|"Starstruck" Personal Fame Star]]. The Entertainment track also appears in ''[[The Sims Life Stories]]'', where it is the career pursued by [[Riley Harlow]], one of the player characters in Story Mode.
The Entertainment career track varies greatly between the three games in which it appears. In ''The Sims'', its promotion levels and job descriptions are similar to those of the [[Show Business]] career track from ''[[The Sims 2: University]]'' and the [[Film]] career track from ''[[The Sims 3: Late Night]]''; while in ''[[The Sims 2: FreeTime]]'' it appears to exclude the film/TV theme from the original career track in ''The Sims'', incorporating instead elements from the [[Musician]], [[Animal Care]], [[Circus]] and [[Fame]] careers from the original game's expansions, as well as some NPC careers such as the [[Mime]]. In ''[[The Sims Life Stories]]'' it seems to be more heavily production-based, as most promotion levels involve writing, directing or producing, while only one level involves acting.
