She was placed into the Default pool where universal NPCs are placed instead of the Townie pool, thus making her unplayable. Several Sims in Garden Heights have this issue. She can be turned into a proper Townie by placing her in the Townie pool with SimPE. If this is done, Candice's [[career]], [[skill]] points, and [[relationship]]s with other townies will be randomized when she appears in-game.

Candice has the [[Knowledge]] [[Aspiration (The Sims 2)|aspiration]] and the [[Pisces]] [[zodiac sign]]. As far as [[personality]] goes, Candice is quite active and nice. But also quite shy and serious. She has no [[skill]] points. Her main [[interest]]s are Weather, Money and Food.
