While the utility panel of the sprinklers is the main object that is bought from build mode, the actual sprinklers themselves do exist, but are only visible when a fire is occurring. Utility panels can be placed indoors or outdoors, but the sprinklers require a ceiling to work. When a fire has started, all utility panels on the lot will deploy a single sprinkler on the ceiling above the fire, even if the panel is in a different room. The sprinkler will then put out the fire without leaving any puddles. Sprinklers require a [[smoke detector]] in order to activate.{{confirm}}
