Sims who are in the Astrophycist branch or have 1 skill point in [[Logic]] can search for stellar observatory. Based on Sim Logic and Career Levels, Sims will find Objects as with using a Telescope, only a larger variety and more distant objects. Unlike using the Telescope, players will get paintings of objects they can find. Any Sim with Logic can find/receive these Paintings, as can those Sims who have joined the Space Explorer Career Path at level 6, but Astrophysicists will be able to find the most distant and valuable objects

The Sims 3: Into the Future


The Stellar observatory is a rabbit hole featured in The Sims 3: Into the Future.

Gameplay description

Sims can get a job in astronomer career, taking a space training class for §500, watch the planetarium show for §30, and tour in the stellar observatory. It is possible to WooHoo inside.

The stellar observatory in Oasis Landing is located next to the bistro and in front of the library and the city hall.

Sims can experiment with Zero-G. It can gain Sim's Advanced Technology skills at 25% faster rate.
