McGraw is Northern Irish and a variant of the surname "McGrath". It is an anglicized form of Gaelic "Mac Craith", a patrynomic from a personal name. Possibly could mean "son of grace" from rath ('grace', 'prosperity'). The name might be fitting as Stiles has no mean traits.
Stiles is of English origin and means "steep ascent" and/or literally "stile". A stile is an arrangement of steps that allows people but not animals to climb over a fence or wall. It's not entirely clear how the name fits in with him. Perhaps it refers to his music career in the sense he might "ascend" the career ladder.
