 Article Merge

Does anyone think that this article should be merged with the Firefighter page? They are basically about the same thing. Joey.eyeball (talk) 04:43, November 1, 2013 (UTC) 

I disagree. They're not the same thing. This fire department is about the firefighter emergency NPC that will come to put out fire at your home, while the other Firefighter article is about Ambitions profession. They might sound similar, but in the game, they're both independent from each other. Nikel Talk – Vote! 04:46, November 1, 2013 (UTC)
They are only similar in that both deal with fires. The fire department as an emergency service that can be called or summoned with an alarm goes back to the original game, and that's what this article is about. Firefighter is specifically about the profession from Ambitions, and goes into depth about it. A merge would not be appropriate. Dharden (talk) 13:57, November 1, 2013 (UTC)
